NSFK Button hole lapel pin.

This is one of quite a few pieces that were given to me by a co-worker about 15 years ago. They were found in a shoe box with many other commercial pins and buttons by the son of a Canadian Vet. long after his passing.
He knew that I was interested in WW II TR items and brought them into work with him for me to see. He wondered what the value of all of them would be, so I offered to identify and value them for him. Some of the items included an EK II with ribbon, a de-Nazified mine sweeper badge, a blockade breaker, and a number of other pins and badges. After I brought them back to him with a list with values.

I mentioned that I would be interested in buying them if they did not really hold any sentimental value to him. He then proceeded to give them to me for free.
I did make up for it later by making a knife and sheath for his son to take hunting.
This is the NSFK lapel pin that I received from him.
Made by Gustav Brehmer, I believe.
Ralph.
