I found this set for sale at a local pawn shop. The shop is one of those kinds that are run by old ladies that sell furniture and whatnot so it surprised me to find them. She is asking $80 for them. Seeing as how I don’t know much about German optics, I would really appreciate any info you all can give me on these binoculars. The pics aren’t the greatest, since I only had my cell phone handy to take pics of it with.
If you guys like them, and if you think it’s a good price, then I might just be tempted enough to go back and buy them. cool militaria
I am new and have no idea what I recieved. I received these two items from my elderly neighbor, who’s husband recently passed. Now her husband was not drafted or in the war, because she states that he was not at the age to be drafted stating "He just made it." But, they did take his brother. Now from my own research I know I have a "Colloar Tab" and "Dog Tag."
I would like to know from you guys if the Collar Tab is real.
I would also like to know the value of these if possible.
So, hear are some pictures. I am looking to decode the dog tag to determine what I have, but that is in another tread. THX
