I’m BobsurUncle from the USA. I’m not a collector, but I am trying to help out a WW II veteran who has a few items that he collected in the war and he’d like to now sell to cover his expenses. The item that brought me here is (as I’ve learned) an "SA Event Medal". Since I don’t even know what the SA is, I’m starting at the bottom knowledge wise.
