Hello, I got this ribbon bar belonging to Arnold Wachsmann and would like to do more research on him but I dont know any of his personal information. All I have is a picture of his ribbon bar. I just ask for some help to get started researching or anything anyone here could find on him. Also is there anyplace I can research other than Ancestry as I will use that but without his personal information any Arnold Wachsmann could be him.
