Around 2-3 years ago i saw a hand gun - machine pistol on ukm sales and I’m trying too find out what it is !

Now just too be extra helpful im not sure of date modle type county of origin round size so I’m not very hopefull !

All i have too go on is , i think it was amercan and i think it was maby a Carlo ? But it looked like a star wars type gun with a large drum magazine directly I’n the top the magazine was very unusual looking like a can or beer shaped clip on amo box ? It is the only gun like it I’ve ever seen and would like too I’d it,,,
