Tunic with armband and visor!!! NEED HELP!

Hey guys what do you think of this, IMO looks too new! Anyway im not quite sure about the volunteer shield, i was thinking Norwegian but then i thought NSB logo so im not sure, anyway what do you guys think? Probably post war tunic with new insignia, but who am i to say?
