My first Bayonet

We went to a local (and very rural!) gun repair shop to discuss the possibility of the owner cleaning our rifles, and while I was there, I heard the owner mention something about a "bunch of surplus military stuff" being offloaded at his shop. I asked to see what he had, and most of it was postwar ammo and what not, but I also noticed this: A Swiss M1957 Bayonet for the Sturmgewehr 57. Postwar or not, it’s a really cool bayonet, and for $45, not too bad of a deal. I also noticed 1944 dated U.S. live rounds and casings as well as a WWII practice artillery shell. I’m going there again soon to see about buying these up as well.
