Hello everyone - the clasp pictured in the links is for my grandfather scrapbook. I’m willing to bet money that it has been in the scrapbook as pictured since the mid-late 1940s.

Mainly my interest is in its authenticity (some people from another forum just unanimously agreed it was real) and it’s value.

I love old stuff, and even better - I love old war stuff, but I’m far from a collector. I would be interested selling this if the profits can overshadow my guilt for taking something from the scrapbook.
