1895 Prussian Pick

With everyone showing off their new Pickelhaubes, I thought I might dig
out the pictures of my one and only spike helmet.

It’s nothing special. Just a typical model 1895 Prussian enlisted man’s haulb.
It’s all original except for the chinstrap. It has just a little of the liner remaining.
it is very faintly marked 25R (25th Infantry Regiment which was part of IX Corps)
