unknown stickpin DDR ???

Good evening!
I apologize in advance if I’m in the wrong subforum.
This stickpin, I found with some DDR badges. I do not know whether it belongs to the period of DDR and what it represents. On the back, there are no manufacturer’s mark.
I please for help and your opinions.
