Hero of Soviet Union

Hi I have a chance to get one of the Hero of Soviet Union.
I have see and gold test the medal already which is 22k+ and the weight is in the right range
the owner get this order from a reputable military auction I also see the receipt.

But here is my question

This order number type are different than what I normally see.

Does HSU have different type during the product?
