These are current US army issue. Sig received some of the early issues pistols back for refinishing and opted to replace them instead and sell about 3000 pistols to the public. I was lucky enough to get one. The 1st 5000 or so were considered trials pistols with most going to the 101st or 82nd AB. Some have rack numbers painted on them and are well used, others lime mice are in almost unissued condition. Target is the 1st two mags I shot with it. It’s a good shooting pistol. Came with one 17 and two 21 end mags.
I think these will be worth quite a bit one day.
