Panzerkampfabzeichen MM 1 ?????

I was doing some on line surfing of dealers this morning and the first item I looked at on a major dealer here in the US is this PAB. I have never seen such a questionable maker mark. Color on badge seems similiar with copies. Also some soldering done on catch. Price $250 what a bargin!
