Jungle green uniform, Royal Nepalese army, 1944 ?

Just been sent a photo which shows members of a Royal Nepalese army regiment in training somewhere in India late 1943-early 44, before seeing action at Kohima.

Are they wearing Indian OG battledress blouse or the artex light weight jacket ?

Would they be issued with 1937 equipment , older Indian 1908 or bandoliers ?1314573
