Gas Protection Documentation?

Hello,

Does Anyone know what documentation was given out to soldiers regarding gas protection, as far as I am aware, they would have been issued with a general guidebook (the blue ish one) as well, whenever necessary, the bulletin cards of:

GII
GIII/A
GIV/IV A

Was there ever a G1, or A GV issue?
