m40 luftwaffe helmet offered up for review. new decal? refurb?
guys i am being offered this m40 lid, after looking at the air vent hole it looks as if you can see another paint that looks somewhat smooth under the gritty over layer. decal looks abit funny as if it had been applied after another layer of paint? would this be a refurb or re paint? any thoughts?
