Gas Mask Documentation Booklets

I’m trying to complete my collection of gas equipment, and one thing that has me puzzled is the Gas Info booklets. I know about the one titled "S-Maske", in blue, with the picture of a mask on the front, but, I always thought this was for Civilian issue? Was there a standard issue document given to the Military on how to use their gas equipment?
