ss reich spoon original?

hello this is my last find an ss-reich spoon
what do You think abiut the originality of it?the maker is ”fabryka wolska” in Poland.can it be some export to the III reich?or maybe production under occupation?
i think it is make in alpacca but i’m not sure.regards
