Good to buy?

I`m looking at a collection to buy and this is one of the buckles for sale.

I looked through the forum but couldn`t find a similar buckle with the black/dirt in all the contours.

I`m not sure if I`m capable of telling yet…but I feel like I can see some cast pearls in the rear portion of the buckle.

Hoping the experts can help me determine if I`m right are wrong.
