REICHSTAG Bronze Eagle

Hi I have just purchased this eagle by a collector/dealer who told me its the real thing but i have just discovered that the SS Flag he was going to sell me is a fake .. The Eagle is 42cm wide Bronze Can you please have a look see what you think.. I might be able to return it if its not to late….Many Thanks
