Hello everyone,
A friend of mine has offered me this flag. It’s about 9X6 inches and made of what I believe is rayon or some sort of synthetic silk. Now this is clearly some sort of home front patriotic decoration, but my question is, is this a war time made item, and what would be a fair price for something like this. I look forward to any opinions.
