Pre war double sided Map Case
I picked up this map case yesterday and I have never seen another one like it.
It was made in 1937 by S.E. Norris who were well known for their surveying equipment. The leather straps have brass swivel attachments and both leather parts of the strap have a broad Arrow.

It is buttoned on each side by 3 snaps which are plastic covered or painted steel pressing onto brass leather bound studs. The zip is by Tefas. Internally it has a leather stiffener.
