Questionable Early Dr Franke & Co - Opinions Please

I’ve been offered this buckle, as I am unfamiliar with these, I could use some knowledgeable opinions as I have some reservations and am unsure.

These are the only pictures I currently have, and yes I know they are somewhat lacking. Any help, much appreciated.
