M1/129 NSDAP Parteiabzeichen

I think I already know the answer to this, but would like a second opinion anyway.

I know that generally the RZM M1/129 maker usually spells out that its a fake, also the enameling doesn’t look to me as it should, but whats thrown me is that there isn’t the expected coffin pin?

Please feel free to either confirm or disconfirm my opinion.
