I finally got round to trying to identify this ostmedaille I got a while ago. It came with a packet, which I found almost impossible to read, but it looks like it must be by E. Ferdinand Wiedmann (going by the shape).

I was trying to tell if the medal itself is original to the packet, and to my very inexperienced eye it looks like it is, though I’m hoping someone with more experience could verify this.
