Need help! M42 white CAMO Steel Helmet

Looking to possibly purchase this m42 helmet, but wanting to get some opinions first. The owner says there is no decal on the helmet, so that worries me. But, he said they all did not have decals. Thanks and hope to get some feedback. :)
