1853 bayonet markings help

Happy Easter all. I picked this 1853 Enfield bayonet up yesterday and I can’t find any info out on the marks. The LH in particular, I’m aware it’s possibly a regimental mark or makers mark but I can’t find any info on them.

Can any of you more bayonet savvy folk help please?
