2 Pdr cartridge 1937…too many markings!!!??..
Hi all picked this up in a retro shop recently…
It has a multitude of markings…
I can see the obvious ones such as the 1937 date.. and 2 Pdr… but the others are making my head spin!! and what would it have been used for?????
sadly this has been subject to conversion to a naïve "trench art" Vase/spiders "pantry" see pics;)……… but….I suppose at least it still exists…as such…with markings intact!!
