Standard NSDAP Kampfbinde Opinions please

I just picked up a, why I believe to be original, standard late NSDAP armband without tag and not sure if it should have had a tag. Did all the kampfbinde have a tag sewed into them when they were new? All opinions are welcome and appreciated.
