Need help! DDR Admiral visor, opinions, authenticity

I saw this hat on ebay, I think it could be original.
Naturally I do not believe that it is of Admiral Hoffmann (Chief of staff of Volksmarine) but still the cap could have a chance.

The black cover could be removed, as it was normal in Volksmarine visors.
