It’s not what it used to be…for some at least. This used to be held in huge cow sheds (cleaned!) which were badly lit (if lit at all) and were FREEZING….kit/stuff was all over the floor and only the "posh" dealers had tables…there were very few non-sales pitches and "Living History" wasn’t really living then……but it was fun…….rummaging and negotiating was the order of the day…..

Nowadays its all "nice"……..quite "corporate" really……last year I saw a man in a suit! :-)………singers, Living History, lights, heating, tiled floors etc BUT it’s the first biggie of the year for the UK…….and it’s warm inside once they let you in!
