Hi guys, just want some information on this stamp I have recently acquired. The inscription reads, "der reichsminister der luftfahrt und oberbefehlshaber der Luftwaffe bauaufsicht 516", this translates to "the minister of aviation and supreme commander of the airforce building supervision 516".

This is a very well made stamp that has what appears to be a production number on the top of the brass shaft that goes inside the handle reading ‘82′. The print face is very clear with well formed correct lettering and the background shows the small bumpy surface used to presumably make them hard to reproduce.
would love to know any related information about it if anyone knows anything!
