Need help! Victory Medal wrong rank?
Good evening everyone, can someone explain to me why does the victory medal that was attributed to Lance Corporal William Cann, has PTE rank on it? is it not the rank? doesn’t PTE stand for private? i’m really puzzled by this. I’d really appreciate if someone could shine some light on the matter.
