Good day folks

I’m trying to find one of these.
Medal Commemorating the Foundation of the Polish Army in the USSR by H.Jelonek 1991.

Old lady in the village is certain her father had one but can’t find it. Image of soldiers wearing fur hats and coats in the middle with Powstanie Armii Polskiej w ZSRR 1941 - 1991 round the outside.

Can any one help?
