Custom dagger…some doubts

Hi all..i need your opinions to help a friend of mine on this Custom dagger marked Eickhorn.
I see a big difference of conditions between dagger handle and scabbard,not neat details of the crossguard which shows also some Little holes on
his surface…i’m not very confident but i would appreciate your opinions
