My first foray into the world of Soldbuchs and this one caught my eye as it is for a Gendamerie who served in the first war and saw action at Tannenburg and The Somme to name but a few.

However, the Soldbuch doesn’t look like the other TR era books I have seen. I thought it might be a document that he had for a while ie WW1 / Weimar period and kept it throughout his service but there are only Third Reich era markings/stamps in it.

I would very much appreciate any help you could give as on the face of it, this is quite an interesting piece to me.
