Need help! unknown wehrmacht nut wrench

Hello everybody,
does anyone recognize this tool? there is an inscription laufvorholer, overall lenght is 24cm, there is waffenamt as well. The bigger side dia is 6cm. Any clue for which gun barrel it was? Thanks a lot
