I have been offered this German Police Helmet by a friend.
It is in rough shape as shown.
I do not have any doubts as to authenticity.
It is in poor shape.
I have to make him an offer and I do not have an idea of value.
I have seen some on the internet but most were in better shape.
My real question is, what is it worth in this condition?
