Need help! Infanterie Sturmabzeichen Frank & Reif?

Hi there,

I found this Infanterie Sturmabzeichen. Is it an unmarked Frank & Reif?
I could only find this semi-hollow with maker markings in S. Weber’s book…
The marked semi-hollow has another needle.
