Need help! Opinions needed on Dr. Fritz Todt badge

Hello everyone, i was wondering if you all could tell me what you thought about this badge. I can see no makers mark nor can I really unhinge the clasp because I really do not want to start bending this. Sorry for the couple of sideways photos. Thanks in advance.
