Need help! Imperial Japanese Officer hat

I found this hat online and I am considering purchasing it for my collection. I wanted to post pics of it on here first to make sure it is correct. Is this material correct for an WW2 Imperial Japanese Army Officer or any red flags present? There is a name inside. Thanks!
