Very Strange Stalingrad-Winter ersatz Straw/Cloth boots. Helps needed

need help with this boots. They were found with another german stuff on attic, but I never see clear variant of them like this. Cover Material is from german coat, straw is made together like Strohschuhe only cover by cloth and sole is covered by some tire…Thanks all for help:king:
