Description: Wehrpass to a Heer Oberstleutnant. He served as Btl Kdr numerous times including in Inf.Rgt 417 (168.Inf.Division) in 1940 and he also served in Stab 708.Inf.Division 1941-42 before serving in Landeschützen-Btl 559.The Wehrpass has a Stalag VIIIB stamp for his 1944 dated promotion to Oberstleutnant so may of served there with the Landeschutzen-Btl. Stalag VIIIB (near Lamsdorf) was a notorious PoW Camp and in 1945 the prisoners were sent on Death Marches to the West.WW-2 related Awards - EK II Spange dated for July 1940.Wehrpass has a nice photo inside and complete with all pages.Also has a 1936 dated signature of a Generalmajor on page 29 which I have been unable to identify.In the First World War he served in Husaren-Rgt 4, finishing WW-1 as a Rittmeister.Price includes all fees/Tracked & Insured shipping.
