Need help if this is real EK1 1939

I picked this up 3 piece magnetic but no hall marks and or makers stamp. I already got burned buy a fake copy that sure looked real. Thanks for your help. I hope I posted this in the right form. Thank you107183410718351071836107183710718381071839
