Info needed on Sanderson 1907 bayonet

I have this Sanderson 1907 bayonet with a rounded tip the edge is blunt all the way down to the ricasso with no signs of sharpening it is not marked DP
did they make drill practice bayonets from new rather than converting old issued ones.
