Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse - maker?

iv’e got this boxed EK 1 along with some other badges, but can’t identify the maker. Can somebody help me? I would be glad about every opinion. I’m sorry if the pics are sideways, but i’m not able to post them in a correct shape.
