Question Opinion on Infantry Officer Side Cap?

Hi all, I have a chance to purchase this infantry officer side cap to match with my infantry officer tunic. I’d like to hear what you guys think about the authenticity and the application of the insignia. The cap is not marked. Thanks in advance!
