Need help! MP 38 / 40 canvas pouch + magazine Auction find!

I recently purchased this at an estate auction and wanted to get some feedback from the experts. It sure looked good to me! Both the pouch and magazine look to be in good shape too. Any feedback would be welcome. thanks!
