I just purchased an interesting vet bring-back collar tab that was cut off a uniform along with a section of the uniform itself. This collar tab originally sold on The Collectors Guild with the mine flag pictured. Apparently, this collar tab was captured in 1943 when the 15th panzer division surrendered in Tunisia. My question is what kind of collar tab is this (because I know its not a panzer tab). Maybe it was on a uniform of another regiment attached to the 15th panzer division. If anyone can shed some light, I would really appreciate it.
