evening all,
took a punt on this belt from ebay.

its definately Indian made (cast buckles) and has seen a lot of use. Green is it’s original colour and the D-rings apear to be either original or a tailored modification made when it was new. the thread on the buckles and the D-rings looks the same (photo makes them look slightly different, but thats my camera and poor lighting).

I think its a late war belt for the Burma campaign….. can anyone confirm or deny?
any ideas what the D-rings are for?
